The event is being hosted by the Humboldt Association of Realtors at 220 1st Street, Eureka, CA 95501 on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Presenters will be John Ford and Cliff Johnson from the Humboldt County Planning Department, Adona White from the North Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board, and Scott Baur from the California Department of Fish & Wildlife.
They will be discussing how to navigate properties that have cannabis permits that have been abandoned, properties that have been cited and abandoned, and giving details about the processes and forms needed to clear these issues.
The forum will be in-person (limited to 100 people) and livestreamed on the Humboldt Association of Realtors Facebook Page.
