New Member Orientation is designed to welcome New Realtor members into the Humboldt Association of Realtors. Attendees will learn about the local, state, and national Association of Realtors, the MLS, SentriLock, Realtor Safety, the Realtor Action Fund, Code of Ethics, Fair Housing, Realtor Education opportunities, Professional Standards, and more! The National Association of Realtors requires all NEW Realtors to complete a New Member Orientation session with the local association. Orientation sessions are conducted three times a year (March, August, November). If you are unable to attend the first session that comes up after you have joined, you MUST attend the second one. If you were given the link to complete the online section and failed to complete it, you MUST attend the next in person session.
