Instructions

Please fill out ALL application fields to be considered for membership with the Humboldt Association of Realtors. Once you have completed your application, please make sure you send all affiliated documents, i.e. MLS Covenant of Confidentiality , SentriLock User Agreement (lockbox system optional), and Credit Card Authorization Form, along with a photo copy of your DRE and Driver's Licenses to info@HARealtors.com

MLS Only Applicant

MLS Only agents are strictly permitted access to the Humboldt Association of Realtors private MLS network. No additional member benefits apply. To apply for MLS Only membership, an agent cannot retain membership until the Broker has obtained an MLS Only membership as well.

MLS Only Broker Application Fee: $500

MLS Only Agent Application Fee: $350

Annual Broker / Agent Participation Fee: $100

Quarterly MLS Access Fee: $216

Realtor Applicant

A Primary Realtor Application is for Agents and Brokers who are NOT a current active member of a separate AOR in the state of California. Applying for a Realtor membership will give you access to the Local (HAR), State (CAR) and National (NAR) Association of Realtor systems. Primary Realtor Members receive full access to local member benefits, CAR Member Benefits, and NAR Member Benefits.

In order to retain membership, the agent's Broker must also join the association.

FEE SCHEDULE - Realtors will pay $350 application fee, Local Annual Dues (prorated), CAR Annual Dues (prorated), CAR Set Up Fee, NAR Dues (prorated) and quarterly MLS charges. All Realtors are encouraged to make the optional contributions to the Realtor Action Fund and the Housing Affordability Fund. Please contact staff if you would like to add the fees onto your initial invoice.

Secondary Realtor Applicant

A Secondary Realtor Application is for Agents and Brokers who are a current active member of a separate AOR in the state of California. Still unsure, verify that you paid your National Association of Realtor and California Association of Realtor dues for the current calendar year. Secondary Realtors are connected to the Humboldt Association of Realtors through the NAR and CAR systems. Secondary Realtors receive full access to member benefits.

In order to retain membership, the agent's Broker must also join the association.

FEE SCHEDULE - Secondary Realtors will pay $350 application fee, prorated Local dues, and quarterly MLS charges. All Realtors are encouraged to make the optional contributions to the Realtor Action Fund and the Housing Affordability Fund.
